Preethika (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was an absolute gem and provided my boyfriend and I with the BEST experience. She handled a big lineup alone like a total pro, was so nice and friendly and welcoming, and the pretzel was delicious! Definitely recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzel with the glaze for dipping. Five stars to preethika, give her a raise!

This was my first time trying pretzels here, and I absolutely loved them! I stopped by close to closing time, so I honestly wasn't expecting much, but everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I've tried pretzels from another shop before and wasn't really impressed, but this place completely changed my mind. The woman working there was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The lemonade was refreshing, the cheese bites were delicious, and the almond pretzel was absolutely incredible—easily my favorite! I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pretzel.
